To subscribe to the telephone service and obtain a number, the customer must apply to an Aztelekom Telecommunications Hub. The order is then processed. The installation of equipment and activation of the service depend on the customer’s location, the complexity of the work and the availability of a telephone line.

A stable local telephone network provides subscribers with unlimited communication within cities and villages. It also allows users to make domestic long-distance and international calls at affordable rates.

Aztelekom LLC provides landline telephone services across all regions of the country, except the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

The telephone line installation fee includes the costs required to connect to the network within a distance of up to 100 metres. Where additional line materials, work or services are required, their cost is paid by the subscriber based on an estimate.
