“Aztelekom” LLC, one of the companies of AZCON Holding, continues its activities aimed at expanding communication and internet services in the Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions within the framework of the “First State Program on the Great Return to the Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan Liberated from Occupation.”
During January–June 2026, 3,367 new subscribers (3,195 households and 172 business entities) were connected to the services. As a result, from the beginning of the implementation of the State Program until July of this year, the total number of subscribers connected to the telecommunications network in the liberated territories reached 10,495 (9,951 households and 544 business entities).
It should be noted that during the reporting period, new subscribers in 11 city centers, 34 villages and settlements located in the liberated territories were provided with access to high-speed internet and telephony services.
The measures implemented by “Aztelekom” LLC are aimed at expanding the capabilities of the existing telecommunications infrastructure in the region and increasing the population’s access to digital services.
