After the subscriber applies to Aztelekom’s Telecommunications Center to connect to the telephone service and obtain a number, fulfillment of the order begins. The duration of device installation and service activation depends on the area where the subscriber lives, the complexity of the work process, and the availability of a telephone line.

Aztelekom LLC provides the population with landline telephone services in all regions of the Republic, except the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
The telephone line installation tariff includes the costs required for connection to the network over a distance up to 100 metres. If additional line materials, labor, or services are required, their cost is paid by a subscriber based on an estimate.
