The “Tac Card” is a universal payment card that allows users to make calls to mobile, domestic long-distance, and international numbers via the fixed-line telephone network. Its main advantages are:

Debt-Free Usage

No debt is accrued for calls made to mobile, domestic long-distance or international numbers via the landline network.

Balance Control

You can conveniently keep track of your phone balance.

International Calls

Mobile, domestic long-distance, and international calls can still be made even when the telephone’s “0” access is blocked.

There are two ways to make calls:

To make calls from all regions, including Baku:

To make calls only from the regions:

Balance Transactions

To top up the balance or check the remaining balance:

Unlike the “178” prefix, the balance of a card used with the “181” prefix is not credited to the telephone account. To make a call to any destination, the PIN code must be entered each time. This allows users to use the same card from different locations.

The TAC Card is provided digitally as a code rather than as a physical card. Using this code, you can make calls to different destinations using your Tac Card balance.
