Aztelekom LLC provides population with landline phone service in the whole regions of the Republic (with the exception of Baku and Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic).
The telephone line installation fee includes the costs required to connect to the network within a distance of up to 100 metres. Where additional line materials, work or services are required, their cost is paid by the subscriber based on an estimate.
