Dear customers, we recommend switching your Wi-Fi network to the 5 GHz frequency to enhance your internet speed. The steps for the switching process are as follows:
Step 1: Open the Wi-Fi List Go to the Wi-Fi settings on your phone or computer.
Step 2: Select the 5 GHz Network Find the 5 GHz network name (SSID) in the list. (The name will be different from the 2.4 GHz network.)
Step 3: Enter the Password Enter the password to connect to the 5 GHz network. (The password will be the same as the 2.4 GHz network.)
Step 4: Confirm the Connection Once connected, check your internet connection. Then you can start enjoying faster and higher-quality internet.
Important Notes
Modem Compatibility: Your modem must support 5 GHz.
Device Compatibility: Some older devices may only support 2.4 GHz. Check if your devices support 5 GHz.
