1. How can I apply to connect to the services?

To connect to telephone and internet services, you can apply online through our website, by calling the 170 Call Center, or by visiting the Telecommunications Unit of Aztelekom in your region.

2. Under what conditions is it possible to subscribe to the GPON (fiber-optic) service?

You can find information about the terms of connection to the GPON (fiber-optic) service in the “Connection Terms” section.

3. What documents are required to connect to internet and telephone services?

Individual subscribers appeal with only ID card in case they are registered in the house; with the house deeds and ID card in case they are not registered in the house;

Individual entrepreneurs appeal with the house deeds, ID card and TIN in case they are registered in the house; ID card, Rental agreement and TIN in case they are not registered in the house;

Legal entities appeal with a letter, TIN, state registration document, rental agreement in case of not being the real estate owner; a letter, TIN, state registration document,real estate document in case of being a real estate owner;

With above documents a contract is concluded with a subscriber.

4. What is the advantage of Internet services via leased line?

Leased line Internet services have a number of merits. Main advantages are the followings:

  • high speed Internet up to 100 Mbit/s;
  • uninterrupted transmission in 24/7 mode;
  • Individual operator service.

6. How can I pay the monthly subscription fee?

For individual customers:

  • Via websites: Million.az, Expresspay.az, Smartpay.az
  • Payment terminals: MilliÖn, eManat, Expresspay
  • Mobile applications: M10, Mpay, and mobile banking apps


Payments can also be made at post offices, banks, and Communication Service Centers.

7. What is Tackart and where can this card be used?

It is possible to make calls over fixed telephone network both from regions and Baku to any places you want through Tackart payment card. These cards have several advantages:
-  The debts are not calculated for mobile, interurban and international calls made over fixed telephone network.
-  The opportunity to permanently control the balance of the telephone.
-  It is possible to make mobile, intercity and international calls even in case of  "0" code of the telephone is closed.

8. Where can I address for changing Internet speed that I use?

To change the speed of your internet service, you can submit an application with a copy of your ID card to the Aztelekom Telecommunications Center in your area, or apply online.

 

10. How long does it take to connect GPON (Fiber optics)?

Connection to the internet service is carried out within 3 business days.

11. How can legal entities pay the monthly subscription fee?

Legal entities can make their monthly payments based on the e-invoice through banks, RSCs (regional service centers), post offices, online, or via any payment terminals.
