The reorganization of Aztelekom LLC has been officially registered

Aztelekom LLC, operating under the Azerbaijan Transport and Communications Holding (AZCON), has been reorganized through the merger of Baku Telephone Communications LLC, AzEvroTel LLC, the International Automatic Telephone Station of the Aztelekom Production Association of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ganja Telecommunications Department, Azerrabitelayihə LLC, and the Sumgait Telecommunications Hub.

The reorganized entity, Aztelekom LLC, has been declared the legal successor of the above-mentioned organizations, with AZCON designated as its founder.

The creation of a unified management center will simplify administrative processes, increase resource utilization efficiency, and enable greater savings in capital and operational expenditures, including public funds. The goal of the reorganization is to manage investments, attract high-potential personnel, and implement projects that ensure digital development under a single management structure.

This reorganization will eliminate repetitive processes, enhance operational flexibility, and simplify decision-making.

One of Aztelekom’s key priorities is the establishment of a management mechanism that allows for better coordination and alignment of strategic objectives. Operating within a unified management framework will also help the company foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation.

The restructuring of management will result in the optimization of existing connection processes in subsidiary organizations, improved customer satisfaction, and greater digital accessibility. One of the main objectives of the reorganization is to enhance the level and quality of services provided to customers.

For reference, Aztelekom, the main operator of the successfully completed “Online Azerbaijan” mega-project, has previously received the “Speedtest Award for Fastest Fixed Network” from the global broadband and mobile network analytics company Ookla, as well as the “Best Practice of Home Broadband Development Award” from the prestigious IDATE company, which has 45 years of international expertise in digital transformation. Both awards were presented to a fixed network internet provider for the first time in the country’s history.
