The 39th meeting of the Council of Telecommunications and Info communication Operators of the RCC was held

The 39th meeting of the Council of Telecommunications and Info communication Operators of the Regional Communications Union (RCU) was held.

The meeting, organized online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, was attended by leaders of telecommunications operators operating in the CIS countries. Suat Pashayev, General Director of Aztelekom LLC of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies, also participated in the discussions.

The meeting discussed the results of last year, identified development plans and interaction goals for next year.

At the same time, they talked about the work done during the pandemic, cooperation on IoT (Internet of Things) technology.

It should be noted that the main activity of the Regional Communications Union, founded in 1991, is to establish mutually beneficial cooperation between the participating countries in the field of ICT, exchange of information sources, ensuring their successful integration into the global information society.
