The largest gaming festival in the South Caucasus has come to an end

With the main sponsorship of “Aztelekom” LLC, a company within AZCON Holding, the South Caucasus’ largest annual gaming festival, GAMESUMMIT 2025, successfully concluded in Baku on June 8.

During the conference held within the framework of GAMESUMMIT 2025, extensive discussions were held on the latest trends in the gaming industry, gamification in business processes, digital education, and the export potential of Azerbaijan’s creative industries. The e-sports tournaments, cosplay festival, K-pop show, fair and merchandise zone, as well as the developer and publishing areas organized at the summit, attracted great interest from participants.

The event also created valuable opportunities for young professionals, students, and enthusiasts who wish to enter the gaming industry and establish direct connections with market leaders. In a specially designated zone, participants were offered mentoring and career advice, master classes conducted by renowned experts, as well as networking and collaboration opportunities.

“Aztelekom’s” support for the GAMESUMMIT event reflects the company’s commitment to innovation and creativity, as well as its intention to contribute to the rapidly developing digital ecosystem in Azerbaijan in line with the Digital Development Concept of the Republic of Azerbaijan. By promoting platforms that bring together gaming enthusiasts, developers, and digital talents, “Aztelekom” aims to inspire a new generation of technology professionals and showcase the possibilities unlocked by high-speed connectivity to a wider audience.

It is worth noting that “Aztelekom” LLC, the main operator of the successfully completed Online Azerbaijan mega-project, has been awarded three prestigious international prizes over the past year (“Speedtest Award for Fastest Fixed Network”, “Best Practice of Home Broadband Development Award”, “Gigacity Champion”). All three awards were presented for the first time in the country’s history to a fixed network internet provider.
