Project on “Thinking of our clients” started

Meetings related to the acquisition of customer satisfaction, the solution ways of problems, the establishment of sales services properly and other subjects has started with the employees of Telecommunication Junctions in the regions.

The first meeting has been held in Shirvan Telecommunications Junction and Elchin Jabarov, the Head of the Commerce Department and specialists of this Department, as well as the managers of Shirvan, Hajigabul, Saatli, Sabirabad Telecommunications Junctions have attended the event.  

The measures that will be taken in the direction of increasing the quality of telecommunications services and customer satisfaction, as well as the topics related to realizing our goals and solving problems have been discussed in the meeting.

In the framework of this project, it has been planned to be held such meetings in other regions in the future, too.
