In accordance with the “First State Program on the Great Return to the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” approved by the relevant Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, consistent activities are being carried out by “Aztelekom” LLC, a company within AZCON Holding.
As part of these activities, telecommunications services have been provided to the city center of Aghdam district, as well as the villages of Sarijali, Kangarli, and Khidirli, and to residential settlements with permanent population and operating business entities in Kalbajar district. Modern telecommunications equipment has also been installed in the mentioned districts.
As a result, telecommunications services, including internet access, have covered a total of 974 households and 23 business entities in Aghdam district, and 121 households and 22 business entities in Kalbajar district.
Through the implementation of GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) technology, subscribers (households and business entities) are provided with high-speed internet services, as well as bundled service packages such as “internet + telephony,” “internet + television (double play),” and “internet + telephony + television (triple play).”
Citizens may apply for these services by calling Aztelekom’s “170” Call Center, visiting the Aghdam service office (address: Quzanli settlement, Aghdam district), the Kalbajar service office (address: Kalbajar district center), or submitting a request via the company’s official website.
