A traditional blood donation campaign was held at Aztelekom LLC

On September 16, a traditional blood donation campaign was organized in the administrative building of Aztelekom Limited Liability Company of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies. Several employees of the Azerbaijan Thalassemia Federation took an active part in the action in support of the initiative. Donors under the supervision of hematologists belonging to a special medical brigade and in good health could take part in the action.

After examination, the collected blood samples will be used in the treatment of people suffering from hemophilia, thalassemia, leukemia, as well as those who need blood.

In particular, the safety of medical staff and employees against coronavirus infection was ensured during the blood donation campaign.
